The interior was a bit tired, and since I wanted to be sure everything was sound underneath, it’s been gutted back to the original panelling. Some specifics: - towed to my property a year ago and it towed great - new tires 18 months ago - bathroom wall, door and closets in tact - replaced some of the subfloor, new insulation underneath - new 120v wiring, including panel, plugs, lights and switches (12v system decommissioned as it was shorted) - all windows functional, none broken Most plumbing and propane lines intact. I was planning to finish it and have it as a guest house but have since built something.
