Residential Sheet Metal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to take our residential division to the next level. You will grow, develop, and lead an exceptional team of sheet metal tradespeople ranging from new apprentices to experienced Journey people. You will maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, quality, and reliability. Salary: $78,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus structure calculated on the profitability of the Residential Division. Work Shift: 5 days, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: * Communicate with clients to schedule residential projects. * Allocate the appropriate people and resources to each project. * Ensure installers have the right information and training. * Follow-up with customers to confirm their satisfaction with completed projects. * Monitor the profitability of the division and adjust as needed. * Identify and facilitate process improvements with your team. * Develop and improve division standards with team involvement. * Inspire, coach and challenge team members to become their best.
