$550 · Hand painted European armoire (German?)

We’ve had this antique Armoire in our home since we moved to Mtl in 1982. It came with the house and I think it’s German, hand painted roses as seen in photos. The armoire is very heavy and solid. I’ve done a little research online and think this could be a special find for the right collector or person who wants to fully restore this unique antique.
