We made good use of these frames for garage sales. Got a lot of positive comments because people could see them from a distance early enough to go in the right direction. All you need to do is cover my address with your own. Has some catchy little phrases that get a chuckle. They measure 28 1/2 X 33" & have wire on the backs to hang on posts etc. $5 for all three.
