The suite comes complete with: Bed and bedding, table, full stove, oven, microwave, kettle, french press, toaster, fridge, pots and pans, blender, dish ware, cleaning supplies, full modern bathroom 56" TV able to play Netflix (sorry, it can't log into other streaming services!) The entrance and washer and dryer area is shared with one other unit. The suite is well sound proofed, but noise still carries once in awhile so thank you for being mindful of your volume levels. No partiers. No smokers. This would be a great landing pad for someone in town for summer school, holidays, or needing a place to stay while house hunting. Utilities and wifi are included.
